big problem!!

    last night i play after stop playing for 2 weeks because of chicken pox...for my surprie, my performance have drop a lot, ecspecially my smash and backline shot..how can i improve my game?arggghhh!!

    If you stop playing for a while ( more than 96 hour ), is normal that your level drops, because you lost your timing and your swing will be more stiff ( less speed etc ), which cause your lvl to drop, as long as you start playing more daily, your lvl will go back to base, maybe even higher than before

    It's not your skill that's drop. It's your body that's still recovering after an infection. Just because the chicken pox is gone doesn't mean your body is recovered.

    will start playing again tomorrow..will switch to steel racket..
