Hey guys, Ive got a weakness here which I want to turn into a strength. Its esp there when playing singles. I can move to the front court and esp the overhead side no probs at all but I feel like my footwork is slow or sluggish on the forehand rear court. Ive been pratcing the steps now for a month going fore court, rear court etc etc but on court when playing, i wont do it Any help
Maybe get a video of yourself in a singles match or a practice session. as it will be easier to observe where you may be going wrong
