I am planning to buy a Gosen Ryoga Shiden and Tenbu from Hong Kong. I was wondering if there are any fake Gosen Ryoga rackets out there? Also are the Ryoga racket handles made of all carbon? Thx
refer to post : http://www.badmintoncentral.com/for...w-on-GOSEN-RYOGA-SERIES?p=2050005#post2050005 have not seen fake gosen ryoga personally, but there may be dupes in china. nevertheless i get most of my gosen stuff from either rakuten or e78 in hongkong
Thanks for the reply. I ordered a Gosen Ryoga Ougi from my local badminton store. Will get it strung and try it out and maybe do a review on it.
Yes, last one though. It is rare to find the Ougi right now. It is even harder to find an Ougi in Canada lol. I had to search high and low to find this racket (mainly because I played with a friends Ougi and the balance and stiffness is near perfect for me) I paid $240 CDN after taxes. Totally worth it. Will play with it tomorrow.
I don't know about the old one but all GOSEN racket are made in China. For Ryoga series only the shaft is made in Japan. Take any ryoga series and you wont see Made in Japan sign as in Yonex. Either assembly in China or made in China
