Hi, I want to start plyometric training to build explosiveness when moving around the court, I have the correct footwork but I feel my speed it too slow. I haven't done plyometrics before so can someone give me a good routine to start off with?

    Thanks

Looks like your split step is a bit late compared to the sound of his strike, but that probably happens because his strokes are deceptive and he's several levels higher than you. :p

Footwork into the deep backhand corner, you probably know of the shuffles/chasses/steps. Tons of videos on youtube if you search badminton backhand clear.

One other item is it looks like you can do with more explosive strength from you legs. Do some plyometric exercises. It's never too late for this. :)
