take a hammer, swing it by making a circle or an 8, backhand and forehand. DO it fast, so you should take a light one first or shorten your grip.

also do some fast skipping, forward and backward

make sure you move not only your wrist, but also your elbow and shoulder

Have you considered a training racket?

Hi!

I've got a big problem!
In my game i rely on my hard hitting shots but if i play a tournament or so i can't hit hard shots anymore after a few game. How can i train my muscles to still hit hard shots after a few games?

I used to train with strap on weights on wrist to improve my swing. Perhaps try that?

Well, Sweden, to answer that question, we need to know what body part gets tired. For example, the reason that you can't hit hard shots might range from wrist fitness to leg fitness (getting behind the shuttle).

Yes.

You need speed so I advice to do the swing as fast as you can. grip longer or change to heavier hammers if you already feel comfortable.

You can also only train your wrist by keeping the elbow and shoulder still.

And don't worry if your play suddenly get worse, as your swings get faster and heavier, many of your hits will miss and out. for 1-2 months

Or force yourself to train and play with a heavier and head heavier racket. But be aware that it will take months before you notice any significant improvement when you switch back to your original racket...

It sounds like you are using the arm too much - it shouldn't get tired from smashing. It should be relaxed and strike like a whip. So I think technique is the problem - stop using your arm and start using your core.
