Net shot....

    hey...im 16...5.7...n kindaa an intermediate.
    wanted to ask about this shot..i searched on the forums but din find any thread.
    it is.a shot that you play when ur closer to the net..ie..the short serve line or such a distance..from the net...and it goes towards the top of the net..hits it..and then rolls down..hugging the net..and falls in ur opponents court...
    so i wanted to ask its technique..like shud we chop or slice..while playing this shot...shud it be crosscourt..i mean which one is easier...a cross court one? and whats the basic point to learn it...practise only? if so...recommend some drills....
