Today sees a bit more excitement, but tomorrow promises to be much better. MS (R32 & R16) QF1: Peter Gade should have no problems taking first QF spot. QF2: Park Sung Hwan will probably face Sairol Amar Ayob for the second spot. QF3: Dicky Palyama (seeded third) has Lee Hyun Il as a probable R16 opponent. QF4: Kaldau may meet Marleve Mainaky in R16. QF5: Kuan Beng Hong and Anders Boesen meet yet again, this time in the R32. The winner will probably encounter Wacha Przemyslaw in R16. QF6: Don't see a problem for Bjoern Joppien here. QF7: Shon Sheung Mo should breeze through QF8: Hafiz has it easy as well. WS (R16) I don't see any problems for the seeds today, but there are 2 worth-watching enounters. Wang Chen v Seo Yoon Hee Petya Nedeltcheva v Aparna Popat MD (R16) QF1: Luluk/Alven should have no problems against Jeon Jun Bum/Hwang Ji Man QF2: Ha Tae Kwon's experience will probably see him and Lee Yong Dae through against Tan Bin Shen/Ong Soon Hock QF3: Yim Bang Eun/Han Sang Hoon may have to fight it out with Logosz/Mateusiak QF4: Don't see problems for Candra/Sigit against Mogensen/Boe QF5: Chan/Koo is under pressure to prove themselves, Kidho/Setiawan will not be easy QF6: No problems for Limpele/Eng Hian against Danes QF7: Jung Jae Sung/Lee Jae Jin should win against Robertson/Blair QF8: No problems for LP/JR against Kiwis WD (R16) Don't think will see any upsets here. In fact, for half the matches, I wouldn't know if an upset is one way or the other. XD (R16) Qualifiers Yim Bang Eun/Lee Kyung Won taking on second seeds Blair/Munt should be interesting. Also Lee Yong Dae/Ha Jung Eun vs Anggun/Tetty may be close. Other than that, nothing much of interest.
Well, he's certainly having problems with Ahn Hyun Suk. 8-5 for the Korean in 1st game, who has been leading all the way. I'm not seriously worried yet, but Ahn has been playing a great game so far.
Gade has found his rhythm now. Took 1st (missed the score, something like 15-9 I think) and now it's 8-2 in 2nd.
No surprise in MX for the moment except the victory of Robert Mateusiak and Nadiezda Kostiuczyk against Swedes Bergstrom/Persson. A good confirmation after having beaten Yim and Lee in All England Open, the Poles are a pair to follow in the near future... Also Lee Young Dae/Ha Jung Eun won surprisingly easily against Nugroho/Yunita (15-4 15-7!). In MS, Park Sung Hwan has withdrawn. His junior compatriot Lee Cheol Ho gets to next round by walkover.
Anyone watching stream 2 have any idea of who just finished playing? There was a White caucasian guy playing an asian guy, I couldn't see as the quality is very blurry although smooth. The Asian guy's style reminds me much of Taufik, quite enjoyable to watch
Can someone please kindly update? I have no luck with its live streaming......:crying: My thanks to you
