hi, for those guys who joined tournaments. may i know your training programs, how often do u practice, nutrition, exercises and other tips before joining a tournament. tnx
Dont know about other dudes around the world but at tournaments but the best advice i can give for food if your serious is at least 4 days out eat moderate carbs but try not to change your diet within those 4 days ie dont have some macdonalds then meal some veges. Try to eat the same for those 4 days, healthy of course. At the tournament. I recommend bananas and water and during games have a seperate bottle with some glucose powder in it mixed with water. This provides instant energy for the muscles and more important the brain. I do as little as possible for a few days building up to a tournament to get my muscles to relax. Hope this lil bit helps.
