    Hi everybody:

    I'm new to Badminton Central.
I'm a 30 year old spanish badminton player (yes, spanish..........hehehe).
Already have been playing for 13 years, and just can't stop it....... hehehe

I have one question for you.
After long tournaments, I tend to get my outer thighs very tight, and I just can't find a good way to strecht that zone properly.

    Any idea about it?

    Thanks a lot in advance

    :)

To stretch that part, knee down on the ground and lean on the side then extend the top leg fully and lean forward with your hands cradling the bottom knee. Lean on the stretch leg for awhile and then switch over.

I think Lin Dan was doing the stretch in one of the photos posted. See if I could find it.

Me doing the splits would probably tear many things and put me out of action for months :p

...haha...i've seen that it's actually a pretty good last-resort move at saving netshots and dropshots at desperate times like coming from the very back of the court...:p
