hello eveyone, my shoulder hurts alot after smashing a few times. can you guys give me some suggestions on preventing shoulder pain? should i rotate my whole body when smashing? thx
i had the same problem as well. I guess is the wrong positioning that leads to that. When I about the smash, I always stand parallel to the , thus I'm just using my shoulder to smash, which I dont think is correct. I believe the correct positioning to be ready for a smash, should be the body is verticle to the net.
