That was what happened to me when I first participate in a tournament when I was a teenger! I donot think there is any immediate cure as it is similar to stage fright that will slowly go away with more experience and exposure.

There are something that may help to clam you down though:
    (1) try to only concentrate on your opponent and not the crowd/spectators
    (2) take slow long deep breath before every serve or receiving the serve
    (3) take sufficient warming up (even a slow jog) before the match

Just imagine that your opponent has the same feeling with you.
Remember that they are also human being, eat the same thing as you, they sleep, ****, etc etc.

Take it easy, relax, and just play the way how you play with your friends. The most important thing is to relax. Take a deep breath, don't look at the spectators, concentrate on the game play. Don't try to over-impress, just play according to your game plan. Before the game, try to talk to your opponents, and you may be surprised he may be feeling the same way as you do. Treat your opponents as friend and you will feel less stressful. Good luck.;)
