it strengthens ur forearm muscles. doing explosive reps makes for an explosive power in ur arm. slower reps may actually slow your wrist flicks because of sheer musvle mass

    everyday weights is bad(experience)
you lose muscle instead of gaining it. give a shot to maybe 4 times a week

As many repetitions as you can as possible multiple sets for 30 minutes with a 5kg dumbell is best. Tested it myself and I assure you that it's good :) And don't do rapidly because you will injure your ligaments. Its asking people to do bench press rapidly, you will destroy your shoulders in the long run. But don't do it too slowly as well, as in purposely slowing it down. Just do it at a comfortable pace, working out those forearm muscles. And do alternate between normal wrist curls and reverse wrist curls and also your non-racket arm during that 30 minutes.

haha yea thanks for the advise! i jus played badminton today and i felt the difference when i did a high backhand clear. i can clear the shuttle further..but as for my forearm clear, i got to control my power as i always hit it long haha.
