Im training to master jumpsmash over a month and now im doing the coordinations and whole process perfectly without the shuttle(only with the racket in my hand) and i also can execute it while my opponent gives me a clear just above my head. but when it comes to deffensive clears at the end of the court with my position behind the short line, i just cant execute it well(reaching the end of the court while the birdie comes down and its 50CM over my head) i think its beacause my backside footworks are not perfect, whats the training to master backside paces just like forward ones for me? cos my paces toward the back of the court are shorter than the ones toward front, so it needs more paces to reach there and therefore more time!
