salute!! does anybody here use "ankle gym weights" to improve footwork speed? joggers and bballers use them.
what s your opinion on that point? any experiences? otherwise i ll start

Im am not sure that it is a good idea1 Speed is about your explosivness! If you train with "unatural weigth", the fibre in your mucsles could adapt to a higher weight and thereby actually make you slower.

I don't know if it is possible, so it is just a guess!

The only worry with training with ankle weights would be the chafing on the skin and tendons. If you are actually running around the court and want to handicap yourself, it would be better to have a weighted belt. Less likely to hurt yourself.
