Im actually not sure if i pulled it but its been about 1/2 year now and whenever i lunge, it hurts to get back up. It was okay for a while, but it recently started to hurt again. any advice? Thanks you
stretch before you warm up mate & put ice on injury afta u play Do a mixture of ice and heat to the injury. Ave a bag of icecubes and sit on it for gud 10 mins and then sit on hot water bottle for 20 mins. Do this few times a nit for 3 days. Do sum stretches everyday on the legs in general for gud week (10 mins in morn and night)
