vo2 max beep test

    bradmyster is this really ur beep test result?? is it true or r u lyingan international badminton player result is between 12 to 17 ... how com you have these so good results

    my result to beep test was 8.6 need to improve a lot ... a lot ... heavy sweating waintin me

    I remember in school I finished on 10.5 which I know isn't a good indicator of my fitness now.

    But I did run a 10mile race over grass, gravel and tarmac terrain in 1:27:40 which I am very proud of!

    in 2004 i got 11.1 then i got 13.2 later than year..
    in 2006 i got 11.3..
    im actually in shape now but i have yet to do this again..

    Haven't done it in years but at age 16 I got to level 15 and age 17 I got 14 point something. Think I'd struggle to get there now though I'm only 21:(

    all 3 times it was in a gymnasium.. and u kinda run back and forth.. across the gym

    lol haven't done it since high school.. like .. 3 years ago.. my last time was like 11

    my results really arent that impressive...the guys i train with average 13-15 each test they do. They are alot fitter and faster and thats why im training hard.

    If i want to make the national squad next year i have to be looking at boosting my fitness and getting a beep test between 13-15.
