Proper coaching from the coaches. They only really teach the kids, but the adults they wouldn't say to much unless you are doing something really wrong or you have a question!

I'd like to have better lightning; it tends to distract often. Plus, better wall and ceiling colors, often it's hard to see the shuttle.
