Wrist strength saturating after 2 games

    Lately, my wrist just stiffens up after like 2 games, and I can't get any strength out of my smashes.

    Does this happen to anyone here or know why this is happening?

    Make sure you are using your forearm supination, not the wrist joint itself.

    Exactly like holding a shuttle with your thumb and 2 fingers and throwing it as far as you can.
