I have a couple of Ti-10 questions and would appreciate any help: I'm thinking of buying some more Gen 3 Ti-10s, but will hold off if Yonex are going to bring out new ones soon. Does anyone know if they are planning one and if so, any information on it? Second, I'm thinking about trying a Li-Ning equivalent as these seem pretty popular too these days. Does anyone know which Li-Ning racket is closest to the Ti-10? Thanks for your help
never heard that ti10 are going to bring out new ones. li ning n50 is the more like ti10 gen2 because it's design according to FHF recommendation FHF used ti10 gen2 before he change to lining
Ti10 may not be producing a "4th" gen theres no confirmation, just that i remember reading from another post someone said along the line of "Yonex should make a 4th gen because the 3rd gen has been out for 2 years now" N55 isnt honestly worth the extra money especially theres a lack of people using/reviewing it on BC i know ns9000s/x feel slightly lighter than the ti10-3rd
hhmmmm....a couple of team mates have recently switched to the NS9900 and they used the Ti-10 before. I just thought the NS9900 had a less stiff shaft than the Ti-10 so would feel different. I guess I will have to try it out.
having tried both, i do prefer the ti-10 over the ns9900. for one, its considerably less expensive. in hk prices, the ti-10 is about 75% of the price of a ns9900.
yah I'm pretty sure ns9900 is headlight (haven't personally tried it.. but that's what they say) you should search under the ti-10 posts... any of those ti-10 fanatics will tell you all the specific details about each ti-10 gen and possible replacements
yes!! in indonesia ti 10 are cost arround us$90-99 an much more cheaper than ns9900 for your consideration i'm not a ti10 fanatics or any brand my main raket is victor bs 11 and my second racket is ti 10 gen 3
I don't know which gen of the ti10 my friend has, but I do not like it at all. Maybe it is a little bit heavy for me. However, if all gen of the ti10 balance is the same. If i'm not wrong the ti10 is balance weight compare to ns9900 (which i have) is head light. They're really different from each other. I don't like both of them, because my main one is armortec 900 t
I agree that NS9900's head is lighter than Ti10's. In term of holding a racket, I feel that Arc-Z is closer to Ti10 than NS9900 or AT900T. However, as Arc-Z's head is oval, I still prefer Ti10 which is in my opinion right balanced in term of control vs offense while Arc-Z is also great but requires more steadiness. I've been looking for another YY racket as a backup for the Ti10 (1st gen 2U) but couldn't find any and always ended up with another 1st gen 2U Ti10 at a premium price.
its a slightly modified isometric (narrower) but definitely not oval while the ti-10 is a conventional isometric.
In layman term, Yonex "married" ISO with Oval and the "Pariah" offspring is the "ISO-OVAL" Arc Z, but joke aside it works wonders!
i love my Ti10. a bit hard to use at first but once one gets a hang of it,boy, does it play wonder or what?!
I've just looked at YY badminton racket chart and found that ARC-8DX seems very close to Ti10, but I've not have any chance to try ARC-8DX. Can anyone having any chance to use ARC-8DX please give some comment? Many thanks.
Really?? The Arc8? It's similar to the Ti10 in terms of balance and stiffness? The only Yonex racket I've seen that comes close to the Extra Stiffness of the Ti10 is the Armotec700 (which I love for singles, but a bit TOO headheavy for really fast doubles).
