Last night at our CCC Social Games Session, Markus-H, Daisy-L and I had a discussion about how to stretch and to strengthen ourselves before our badminton session (not our usual 'warm-up' drills). Therefore, for this coming Sunday I shall give an instruction/demonstration for this topic. Hi Chris, Can you make a new thread about today's warming up sequences? I found it very useful, but it is kind of hard to remember everything, and I don't think it is wise to repeat it again next week (considering the time limit), so it would be great if you can mention all the things that we have covered in warm up today, and perhaps if you can add some pictures/videos/links, that would be even better. How to stretch and to strengthen ourselves before our badminton session . I don't have any pictures/videos/links about it. It's what I did when I was preparing/playing before/in Badminton tournaments. Anyway, you can always ask me (about certain matters) whenever you should meet me when attending our CCC sessions. .

We thank Fay Y and Jennifer F for sending me a sms that they couldn't attend. At our CATS we went through a topic on "How to stretch and to strengthen ourselves before our badminton session". Remember the factors mentioned; * We need to work on flexibility. * We need to work on agility. * Don't think of building up muscles, but think of strengthening up our muscles. * etc, etc, ...... Lunch after our CATS was held at Victoria Street in Richmond (to celebrate the coming 2013 Lunar New Year).
