I wonder if it is really that head heavy?

Or only LCW can generate 19kgf out of it.

I think 19 kg is the max you can get out of the racket before it breaks ;). Even if the kinetic energy is up to 1kg due to impact, it would be quite painful i think... don't wanna be the girl in mixed doubles ^^

Don't pre order it. Try it out first before you decide. I know and seen it. It is the wet dream of smasher and power hitter. But there are more than just smash in badminton.

Time is your friend, impulse is your enemy.;)

Better to get a 3u that you prefer instead of going with the flow.:)

But smashing is the most manly part about the game :p

I will try my friend's VT80 4U and compare the feeling I had with the VT80 3U (which I sold... shaft is sooo soft). I held the VT80 4U in my hand and it didn't really feel head heavy at all :(

Is there really that big of a difference in 3u and 4u. I initially wanted 3u but now you guys are starting make me feel like 4u is crap

There is a noticeable difference, but the very head heavy stuff is still powerful in 4U. Most of those who say 4U/balanced rackets are crap just don't have the technique for those rackets and rely on brute force to power through their opponents.
Of course, that isn't to say all people who like head heavy rackets are like that, so don't take offence if you are one of them ;)

I would recommend most people below very-near-pro-level to get the very head heavy stuff like VT80/ZF in 4U if they play any doubles at all - a friend who I occasionally play doubles with changed from a Z-Slash to a 3U VT80 and his defence is gone. In 4U, you still get a lot of power, but have at least something akin to quick racketwork :D
Of course there are exceptions like people with a very strong forearm or overall build who can still generate a very high speed with those clubs disguised as rackets^^

For doubles I generally use my Shidens (which is even balanced) and I don't plan to use the ZForce for doubles.... I can use the SW35 for doubles but I rather save it for singles :p
