OK, for those who love biscuits.. ..okay, i don't know where to put these pics & if these are supposed to be funny or not, or if you guys've seen these before, but check these out & try to guess what building(s) are they representing: BISCUIT CITY Created by Chinese artist Song Dong in the basement of London Selfridges. 72,000 biscuits were used in total to construct the 'Biscuit city' including Chocolate Digestives, Rich Tea, HobNobs and Fruit Shortcakes. The 'biscuit city' is being offered to shoppers accompanied with a cup of tea for dunking! yummy, anyone wanna a taste of them??..Pretty creative & wonderful, aren't they?!?!..

COMMUNICATION Below is a story of a hierarchical communication in a company, starting from the Director all the way down to his staff(maybe a few of you guys have experienced this before): From Director - To General Manager: "Tomorrow there will be a total eclipse of the sun from 9 in the morning. This is an event which we don't see everyday. To welcome and witness this event, we ask all the staff members to meet on the field and to dress up neatly. I will explain this phenomenon to all of them. If there's rain and we can't see the event cleary, we will meet in the cafeteria" From General Manager - To Manager: "As requested by the Director, tomorrow there will be a total eclipse of the sun from 9 in the morning. If there's rain, we won't be able to witness it even if we're dressed up. Therefore this event will be explained by the cafeteria manager. This is an event which we can't witness everyday" From Manager - To Supervisor: "As requested by the Director, tomorrow, we will dress up & we will witness a special event of a total eclipse of the sun in the cafeteria at 9 in the morning. The director will explain to us if there's going to be rain or not. This is an event which we can't see everyday" From Supervisor - To Director: "If there's rain in the cafeteria, an event which we can't witness everyday, the Director, all dressed up, will disappear at 9 in the morning" From Director - To All the staff: "Tomorrow morning, at 9 o'clock, the Director will disappear.
