im also in favour of a better system for badminton.. i was hoping something like replays used in tennis can be implemented.. tat can clamp down alot of unfair decisions
it's a goodbye from CS/ZYL now...so sad... and looks like you guys are still not interested with other than that-silly-linecall-thingy..
heh i think you kind of misunderstood me. I mean like a better protest system, not replay system. The current replay system works already, so why not use that? Its just that such calls are very rarely overturned by the umpire that it sets a precedent to players not to bother challenging the calls.
Both sides please just give it a break. Both players deserve applause, and LCW would be the last player I would suspect of gamesmanship. The fault lies with the line judge, the umpire, and BWF's antiquated judging system.
Eventhough if he did complain, so what? It's the line judge who pointed that shot was in, and LCW just screaming and shouting with joy that he won the match. Anything wrong? Can u tell me more about what's the problem here?
yes sixseven i play everwhere distance does not deter me frm playin anywhere there is a malaysian club in richmond hill 2
If the MD turns out to be another 1.5h thriller Im gonna regret it in the morning. Ah whatever screw sleep go Paaske/Rasmussen
oh. u meant the replay system? but the problem is that not every tournament actually offer this kind of service. p/s, u know la..some of the tournament purposely dont wanna show the replay just for 'some reason;..
Yeah, but try to refrain from using strong words which can be considered as personal attack, wouldnt want you to get banned
heh 2007 CO is prime example. purposely point the camera away. yea I agree its not foolproof, but it would at least be an improvement, and big tournaments (SS/TC/Sudirman/OG/etc) all should have adequate coverage.
