Lindan and Li-ning are magical combinations as Yonex is to LCW. But it's all about business here P.S : Moderators, please do delete my post in the 2014 Bonny China Masters as I posted the above message wrongly there
I'd be very sad to see Lin Dan leave his Li-Ning contract i'm a huge fan of special edition Li-Ning stuff like his T-shirts and shoes. Especially enjoy that Li-Ning made high cut badminton shoes, they look stupid but feel unbelievably comfortable. I don't think Yonex milks LCW's huge following enough, if they made a LCW special T-shirt open to all markets it'd sell like hot cakes. Hopefully LD will stay with Li-Ning until after he (hopefully ) wins another World Championship title so I can get myself a "19" t-shirt.
Yonex is making LCW special edition stuff, here's the link :http://www.badmintoncentral.com/for...orld-Champion-Ship-2014?p=2225386#post2225386
Just completely impressed by how Lin Dan toys with THW ! Seems like he knows that he might not receive a Wild Card this time for the WC2014 !
LD is good. Frankly speaking, he don't need a wild card. All he needs is time to get the points and he will be there in WC. Our only question is, will the time be enough for him to get the points needed to participate in the WC at his peak conditions?
If he doesn't succeed in grabbing enough points, I'm pretty sure that some Chinese players will kindly retire from the WC to let him participate anyway ///
and imagine if LinD meets the wildcard player and disposed him relatively easy 2 straight game. moreover, win the tournament later versus you know who at the final. just my imagination
Not to forget, lin dan was not playing at his top level to beat him like that....A truly legendary player..
If there is a match Lin dan Vs Zhao Jian hua or Yang Yang , i willing pay up to $150-180 to watch it !
there is one with Bao CL and Zhao Jh
Code: I had watched ZJH and YY at their peak. Both were great players. LD is just exceptional..only one in 30 years of badminton as such I knew. Not to forget, LCW's standard is closest to LD.
