This is an epic fail by Lin Dan because 1. LCW came back from behind in the first set. Will give him loads of confidence 2. Lin Dan couldnt keep his game high in another three setter. 3. Every time he loses, he ensures that other players dont play against Lin Dan the legend but against Lin Dan the player. That will be problematic for him. 4. If he gets injuries by playing three set matches, perhaps BWF must reduce matches to just one game. Congratulations to Lee Chong Wei for defeating Lin Dan in an important semi final match in his home turf. The better player won.

Both Lin Dan and Lee Chong Wei are extremely vulnerable in the Rio Olympics as their losses in every alternate tournament clearly show. Also by declaring (with loudspeakers) that Rio is their final goal, they have put enormous pressure on themselves. I would be surprised to see either of them winning gold in Brazil.
LD was just simply messing around after game point in first set, so obviously fake just like Chinese imitations lol. We were denied a game with down the line smashes and spectacular dives like the one in China Masters. As if he's telling us please stay tune again until the show premiere in Rio.
