I am playing 3U VTZF2 for the first 4 double matches and switch to 3U NR900 for the remaining matches, sometime I picked up the 4U TK9K depending on how empty my tank is. For single matches, only VTFZ2.
My BG80 still quite repulsive so have to wait for next time, or may be next next time. I am not a fan of BG65, just keep some BG65 for some clients who want a budget string. I have 20 packs of various Gosen strings coming my way, can't wait to test them all.
Is it just me still new in transition or is the NR900 feels dull? Coming from VTZF 4u, it felt like I could hardly get the nice sound out of it.
Same tension same string but different stringer. 28lbs ultimax. Ah well I think maybe I'm not used with the swing weight yet? But sometimes when I hit the sweet spot, it sounds loud af but most of the time kinda dull.
Yup mentioned in the LTD edition thread, feel is same. Picked up Hendra Setiawan model but just will go as my collection racket.
I was switching from AT900T to Lining N553, N55 and N70. All head heavy stuff. Now settled with NR900 2u. Take a bit time to get adjusted to. In first 3,4 weeks, there is forearm pain which i think it is due to you need more muscle involvemnt to drive a head light racket. If you can adjust to it, NR900 2U just work fine
I already settled with 3u as 2u felt like my vtzf 3u, sitting in the bag collecting dust. I never accurately measure the bp but with my setup of overgrip, the bp between 2 of it is only a finger difference.
Ya sure why not? I believe after the LTD came out, the normal version have price reduction. By the way, just so you know the Hendra/Ahsan version cost probably RM50+ more.
upgraded from nanospeed 9900 to NR900... cannot feel the same punch.... currently on nanogy95 @24 tension (stringer refused to increase the tension beyond that)
