Is the power and speed department really that big of a gap. Or just a little bit more power and speed than N900? Thanks
I see which one u you prefer among those two for u if you were to play double? Thanks Are the N900 head size bigger than z speed?
I see how the repulsion though of those two, since nanoray series has more repulsion than other series? THanks.
After clocking more than 10 hrs with this racket, I started to like it very much, smashing and clearing is very good. It is my go to racket now for double when I am fresh and switch to TK9K 4U after tired. Will try it on single play I think it will perform well.
I found out that ALL the top players that use this racket like Saina Nehwal, Mohamad Ahsan and Hendra Setiawan coincidentally use BG 65 as their preferred string. BG 65 is one of the cheapest and most basic string from Yonex, it is soft and bouncy and there are so many better strings available, why BG65?
Can't say I would agree with any chart like that from ANY manufacturer. Personal preference of string, feel and tension are extremely subjective to each individual. Their recommendations should only be taken with a pinch of salt. Someone who likes hard strings like BG80, 80P and 85 will absolutely hate there recommendations as they're both soft types or strings.
i i think the shaft is not that stiff if compared to voltic zf2/zf maybe they use 65 for for the head to bend more?
I am going to try the 65 at 27/29lbs on NR900 on next restring. BG80 on NR900 is awesome but it is always fun try something new.
"It is very difficult to generate power with the Yonex BG-65 string. This is because of its thickness and its extremely small sweet spot. However, you will be able to produce more accurate shots. It is also extremely durable, which means that you can save a lot of money on your stringing. If you are a woman and play mixed doubles, this might be a good string for you because most of the time, women engage in technical and control shots. This string is perfect for precision play. English mixed doubles player Imogen Bankier uses the BG 65. Beginners should stay away from this string because it really is difficult to produce power with these strings. If you try to perform a full power smash with this string, you'll waste your effort." http://www.how-to-play-badminton.com/badminton-strings.html there is a review about this string as well as others here. i am looking forward for others opinion on the string used in this racket, because this racket has a special head design and the hitting sound (same string and tension) is different if i compared it with my other racket.
BG65 at low tension 22-24lbs can generate very a powerful smash, my friend who hit the weight room more than the court had NGY95 snapped in like 10 hrs of play but BG65 is like lasting forever.
i am looking forward for your review since ahsan can generate powerful smash with this string and racket, everything is possible
Hey guys, I'm a Vtzf4u user(had a 3u only sitting in bag) and am contemplating to switch to NR900 but sadly the local store doesn't have both 2U and 3U, only the former. Though, I have tried the 3U and really liking the weight as compared to Duora. Was wondering if there's anyone here coming from HH racket and what as your primary choice?
