The BS12 has been around for far too long, IMO. Indeed, the series itself has been replaced. (And from a more personal standpoint I found it to be an utterly uninteresting racket.)
I currently use a BS12 and I feel like if it goes any further I'll just be disappointed. I'm impressed by the Jetspeed series so far, I liked the feel of the JS8 and JSYYS (borrowed from my friends), and the JS S 10 completely shattered my expectations. Now I'm afraid to try out the JS 12 because I feel like it's just going to disappoint me.
I had tried the 5U version. Although I didn't weight the head but the feeling was like they made a 3U frame with 6U handle and claim that it's 5U. lol
Interesting. Indeed the frame looks heavy. I guess you didn't have enough time to judge how the racket performs in terms of handling, feedback, etc.?
Victor have done the right thing in evolving and bringing out a new series to replace the braveswords but I still think for classics such as the BS12, 11, 10 they should continue to make them in small quantities as they are and not change anything. I see these classics as the modern versions of Carbonex 20 and 21 which should never be tampered with. Having tried a number of current racquets including several jetspeeds, I still find myself returning to the braveswords...
With that analogy. I'd say what the Nanorays are to the Nanospeeds are pretty much what the Jetspeeds are to the Braveswords.
Better picture would be nice. Or more info. Who is using it? At first glance it seems like a thruster though.
sadly i dont have anymore but thanks though. I think its a thruster too. was trying to find what good victor rackets to use and this one showed up. Planning to buy my first victor racket coming from lining. Since it was used by a top player here so i thought it would be good hehe
