Really? I always find rackets harder to use at the top. My hand is always right at the bottom I feel like everything but speed goes out of the window when I go up. Maybe I messed up the learning part lol.
Na, I think it is due to fact that you like to stand at the back of court and I infront so short whips and sudden stops are something that I get by catching at top . You most probably are bam boom boom
Tbh people bitch and whine at me all the time saying they can't see anything when I'm in front so I kind of have to haha. Disadvantages of being tall.
Hi guys, previously I was using Mizuno jpx 8.1 but has since changed to DZS. Took a long time to adapt as it was a huge change personally to me from Mizuno jpx 8.1. Been using this racket for two months and I am quite satisfied with it as this racket can generate great power when hitting it right. Unfortunately I broke this racket today, my racket swing away towards the rubber floor while smashing, mainly due to slippery grip and I did not hold my racket properly as well. While I can only blame myself for it, I'm still quite surprised that this racket get damaged just like that. I guess clashes with other racket previously could be a contributing factor. So be nice to this racket, hope no one here repeats back my horrible mistake.
That's really unfortunate With racquets there's an element of luck involved. Sometimes you can go for many clashes without it breaking and sometimes it could die on the first clash. It doesn't really reflect the overall racquet quality.
Ah man, I actually had nightmares about breaking rackets, that sucks. I had a clash with my dzs and it survived, dzs looks fairly strong. Doesn't happen too much anymore, luckily.
I ran it upto 35 without issues till it eventually cave Higher you go the quicker it’ll crack. Seems to be right beside the t join where it goes (seen a few more as well). 30 shouldn’t create an issue for a good while as long as you twist grommets and change them in due time.
How do you twist the grommets? I tried to do on my rackets and failed miserably. Do I need any tool to do that ?
It takes a little bit but I just pop out the single ones halfway with a flat object from inside the frame. Twist and push back in.
Just when I had forgotten the DZS completely in my bag and completely shifted to N9-2 , DZS showed what a beautiful racket it is . Just a background - I have been having awful days using N9-2 since a week. Drops are not steep, drives are not fast , throws are all going beyond the court, no pinpoint accuracy and confidence has sunk to play near the net due to extra push the racket gives. I was getting desperate and hopeless so just took out DZS for last single game before I hang my head in towel. What is the first thing I do ? Try push serve across and it lands perfectly behind the player on the line. Next thing , start throwing and all the throws are perfectly landing on the last line. Just for fun, I started driving left and right and with pinpoint accuracy. Wowie. Although I lost by 21-19 , I had a big smirk by end of game . What I have realised is that this racket is not meant for out and out power but if you have a waiting game and rely on accuracy, it is as good as it can get. N9-2 definitely goes back in bag DZS - I am all yours ..
Not sure mate about getting a 2u since even 3u stiffness gets on my nerves somedays so I am afraid I might not be able to use it at all. I need a hybrid of good features z strike and N9-2 ...
