I already tried nf800 3UG6 String aerobite boost digital 28lbs With original grip and plastic BP 300, 93 gram, If i used 1 thin grip, the weight became 100 gram, BP 295.. Feel same like zf2.. But with really thin frame material and a little flexible sharf. Not a balance or head light racquet.. Slightly heavy head racquet..but really fast because of the super thin frame material .
Need a good technique to control nf800, because this racket have small sweetspot like zspeed and other small frame size feel.. .good racket but not for beginner and not suitable for everyone out there. I already try almost all yonex racket If compare to ax88D If you have that technique and know how to generate your power Power rating NF800 3U6 - 8,5 AX88D 4U5 - 8 Ax88D 3U5 - 9 Speed rating NF800 3U6 - 8 AX88D 4U5 - 7,5 Ax88D 3U5 - 7 Drive shot NF800 3U6 - 7,5 AX88D 4U5 - 8,5 Ax88D 3U5 - 8 Defence NF800 3U6 - 8 AX88D 4U5 - 8 Ax88D 3U5 - 7 Just my opinion. This is speed racket but to do some placing and drive shot... This racket is not that good.. All my friends also feel that..we dont know why.
Sorry but how do you quantify the drive shot rating? Because it just seems hypocritical that a 4U 88D is better at drives than the 3U 88D, but the 3U 88D is better than the 3U NF800 which is most certainly less head heavy. And then you take into account that its a G5 vs a G6 handle which can affect technique easily. Just curious. Sent from my SM-G975F using Tapatalk
For drive shot 88D 4U-8,5 is better than 3U-8 But nf800 3U Not than good for drive, with bp295 we dont think nf800 is less head heavy compare to ax88D. Maybe Nf800 3U frame have a hold feel like ax99, speed drive and placing drive is not for me compare to other speed racket
Sorry I already edited my above post when I spotted the error. Hmmm interesting point to look out for with my own later this week. Sent from my SM-G975F using Tapatalk
I thought base on spec EB/slightly HH and yonex charts look closser also, somebody would make comparation nf800 3U with arc11.
100 grams for 3u that is extremely heavy. Do you think the 3u is suitable for doubles or you think the 4u would be better?
For me.. Nf800 3U is stiffer, slim and heavier and powerfull if u got the small sweetspot and also faster compare to arc11(3U). If you are advance player and you have technique Nf800 3u is better, but arc11 3U still a very good racket, more easy to use and easy to generate power, because of the larger sweetspot. 3U got more power and stable But if you not a offence player and don't care about heavy smash to kill... 4U is for you.
100grms for 3U isnt a surprise I assume he didnt remove the factory grip and use either towel or rubber grip. For my case, I always remove the factory grip, add an extra thin layer of transparent tape and then apply overgrip ac102, max. 89gr
I don't remove factory grip and plastic then apply overgrip. With string 3U6 bp 295.. 100gram.. If just factory grip and plastic with string Bp 300..94 gram.. Without string 89 gram bp 295
Got u exactly like my assumption. However, with my setup for 3UG5, I supposed to feel slight head heavy, instead i feel like even balance. I can't feel the heaviness of the frame. Maybe it's only me
Helo guys, please can you help me so currently, i am a stable (clear, smash, drop, net overall good) nanoflare 700 4u user my question, is it a good idea for me to update it to nanoflare 800 (if yes, does it has to be 3u or 4u) ? (even tough i doubt if the stiff frame does suit me) Thank's a lot lot lot
Most important question. What's wrong with the 700? Or is it just an itchy hand wanting to try something new? Sent from my SM-G975F using Tapatalk
Even this is nanoflare but the feel of racket is totally different, head weight, stiffness, frame size, shaft size, 2 of this not even close. But for me nf800 is better material, solidity.
