You're welcome. :) Just by simply changing

    (1) your footstance
    (2) where you stand on the court
    (3) and focus on serving low to the net

your backhand serve improved from 4 to 8.5 (out of 10) ....and that took less than 2 minutes! Now focus on serving consistently....

Side note, watch-out for your non-racquet foot when you're serving on the even-side, sometimes it's touching the centre line. ;) :)

    Cheers!

    Thanks for coming out TheRisingX.

I hope you feel a little bit more confident with your smash returns, remember the change in your defensive stance. ;)

See you next week at Bonsor & at Collingwood.

    Cheers!

W22C, to teach you smash returns is like cooking the goose that lays the golden egg!

Every time we smash, you would get it and graciously lift it back for us to smash again...I don't see anything wrong with this picture! ;) :D :D

    Cheers!

You'll have to get in touch with some juniors and talk to them personally, to see if it's worth it to join VRC. I see lots of junior training on Saturday mornings at VRC, so maybe drop by around that time, and see if it's something you'd like to get into.

Most (I think) VRC members here on the forum are a little older than your age group and might not provide the perspective you're looking for.
