Big chunk of the price money goes back to association but I guess no one really want to lose after getting that far and as long as the country win the coach doesn't really care which player win unless it affect the ranking/qualification of future tournament then appropriate action need to be taken! I have seen many WD final gone rubber sets lately with high intensity, fiercely contested among team mates!
The above rankings are INCORRECT. So sorry for the wrong computation as I thought that the ranking points earned at WC'06 will be expired by coming Thursday. Instead, they will be expired in the Thu after next ... which means that the above rankings should be closer to the real rankings two weeks later. For coming Thu ... still, LCW will move up to No.2 1(-) LD - 84875 2(+2) LCW - 64789 3(-1) BCL - 64350 4(-1) CH 5(-) PGC 6(-) CY 7(-) CJ 8(+2) TH 9(-1) KJ 10(-1) Sony 11(-) BP 12(-) Ronald 13(+4) Simon 14(-1) Sato 15(+4) PSH 16(-2) Wacha 17(-2) Hafiz (The WR point diff between Wacha & Hafiz is only 11 points!) 18(-2) LTS 19(-1) WCH 20(-) Dicky Roslin will have no change in his ranking ... No.24.
YEP agree...so far there is no WO among Chinese WD yet...I saw the matches of WD in WC....they fought really hard to win..it is good...hate to see WO....I want my money back.....
It is good for Badminton..if one country keep dominating all the time....it is boring...we need this competition where it is hard to predict the winner...anyway..CHN still dominates WD and WS....
nope, we were too happy for cw's victory, n knowing tat these 2 guys r good frens, n we were guessing of wat they will do next....n suddenly this idea sparked from them
at least The World Champion of WD didnt lose here in JO 2007 not like other World Champions .....all lost...in JO 2007..its really a shame...just crowned World Champion for only nearly one month....
