hello why are the holes not in the center?? is it just me or what?? the grommet holes are kinda weird... is it a replica by any chance?
Its fine.... the slight offset makes it easier to thread through the A7 hole when you're doing the cross strings. I don't think there are any fakes of the Jetspeed 12's out there yet...????
I have 2 JS12 4U the one HK coded has that kind of pattern with an offset the one SGD coded doesn't have it The two plays exactly the same so I guess there is no fake racket but it's quite strange to have two different grommet placing with the same model
I have 2 JS12 3U: one TW and one CD coded. both have offsets for the cross grommets and play the same. As @Ch1k0 menitoned this offset is present in many 76 hole patterns and is not limited to Victor. Yonex Z-Speed is one example.
Imho the offsets at those positions with holes close to each other in such 76-80 hole patterns are very likely to get greater distance (hence more material) in between for better durability.
? Hi everyone, Could you please help? I notice that the grommets has sunk into the frame, as I had my JS strung with 66 Ultimax at 24.5 lbs. I was wondering if this could do any harm to my racket, and if yes is there anything I can do to rectify this? Your help will be greatly appreciated.
I am interested in changing out the grommets for long continuous ones from Yonex.....does it say AC416L1, AC416L2 AND AC416L4 will all fit for the JS12?
I own hx800 ltd power 3u, can someone explain to me comparison between these 2 ? Like power, speed, STIFFNESS,control
Np. That being said. There's been one too many JS12s failing for no reason at all. I'm frankly a bit worried they've put out something flawed. Sent from my LG-H961N using Tapatalk
The 10 wasn't the tank I was expecting either. I know its a very small sample in a very large number of racquets but it still doesn't inspire confidence. So they've got potentially sinking grommets and potentially weak shaft? Makes me think the Victor variation in weight and balance comes from inconsistent thickness of carbon in the frame.
