Pareto principle at its best... But yeah, I expect this to become a major project. So far, I've only been setting up the basics (light, sound(!), camera position) and did some test footage - and the hours were literally just flying by. Oh, and let's not forget the production of the new channel trailer (major thanks to @speCulatius for doing an awesome job in "After Effects"!):
Think I faced a similar ratio when considering upgrading my pro's pro clamp and bases with the AEF ones. Factoring in that I could also resell my pro's pro machine, then the difference is even smaller. And then I added a wise with the new T20....
The review is done and released. A couple of days ahead of schedule... now that's a shocker, right? I started a separate thread for it to keep things transparent. Hope you like it: https://www.badmintoncentral.com/fo...view-tennisman-stringmaster-deluxe-se.180440/
We expect to receive the new Stringmaster Machines at 06th december. There will be some improvements. 1. The sidesupports can be used also for badminton rackets. 2. new concave racket fixation at 12.00 and 6.00 o´clock (for tennis rackets). Load spreader will be also with the machine and logner holders for badminton rackets. You don´t need to buy an extra badminton kit, they are with all machines now. 3. The connections of the clamp base has changed a little bit. 4. some color changes (red at the clamps and fixations) 5. new string gripper (new design and better quality) Here some pictures:
Those new side supports remind me of certain green machines... Great, really like those small improvements. And even better that you got rid of the separate badminton kit with the new batch.
You need to import it through tennisman.de since those machines are exclusively made for them. Over the past years we have seen a lot of tennisman machines that had been sent all over the world so it shouldn't be that much of an issue (apart from significant shipping costs) to get it to the U.S.
I am in USA and I bought a Superstringer S70 from Dirk (TennisMan). The transaction was executed very quickly and Dirk was very helpful in answering my questions. The cost of shipping sounds significant but honestly it offsets the VAT. So, the VAT is taken off the price (since it is going to USA) and the shipping costs are added in. Please note that the time it takes to ship to USA is pretty long. It hangs around customs in Germany as well as the customs in US (in my case NYC) for a couple of weeks. I like the superstringer and I am glad I bought it.
Is this the new machine released? https://www.tennisman.de/en/Other/S...ng-machine-TENNISMAN-StringMaster-Deluxe.html and another question is this the same one as above but with an electronic head? https://www.tennisman.de/en/Other/S...TENNISMAN-StringMaster-Deluxe-Electronic.html Am looking into potentially purchasing a stringing machine..
