Dont know the bp but racquet force massures the swing weight for 4u as88s and 4u 90k as the same.

Hello, I am playing for 2 years, training twice a week. My technique is not at its best and still working on footwork, hence many times I get to shuttle late. Also i have weak arm. Currently I am using a77 and i have to put a lot effort to hit the shuttle from BL to BL. As i checked measurments on badmintonracketreview.com, they measured this racket very stiff(1.18) and headheavy balanced at 312 mm. Swinging this racket gave me a sore shoulder. It also tires my arm after 3 games, so I am looking for a substitute racket. Im playing doubles and singels. Can you recommend a racket for me? Was thinking auraspeed90s. But idk if i should get it 3u or 4u. What do you guys think? Thank you in advance.

Auraspeed 90S is not that stiff, just a little stiffer than BS12 so quite friendly.

In 3U it’s already very manoeuvrable so to me no need to go 4U

First try with 90S 3U, strung with BG80 at 11,5x12, my usuel setup

As I’m currently playing with BS12 and 90K, I would say 90S combines best of both worlds.
Better power and accuracy than BS12
Better manoeuvrability than and user friendliness than 90K

You mentioned you got weak arms and find ax77 very stiff and head heavy. Then I suggest you try 90s 4u for a start. Untill your wrist and arms are strong, then consider 3u racket.

Thank you. Do you think 3u will be ok for my shoulder?

The irony thing about 4u or lighter racket is that its easy and fast to swing because of the lighter weight, no need extra muscle power to do that, but on the contrary, since its lighter, its generate less power on shuttle hit. So if you need to do BL to BL hit, you need to use extra power and if done regularly, will hurt your shoulder and elbow.
But, if you can generate enough power with casual effort like a badminton pro player, than you wont have those problems.

For all round play, front and back court, which one do you think is best between 90K and 90S?

Excellent as well. ARS90S is a little faster than ARS70K

I would say 90S because it’s faster and you don’t lose too much in the smash department, but it’s all based on what I prefer

are you using 3u ax77? If you want to stick with ax77, just go 4u version. Otherwise go with even balanced rackets and avoid very stiff ones. You may go ars 90s or 80x and you might like to consider 4u ones.

interesting... 90k should be little headheavy actually. It is little headheavy on victor racket matrix and I have 90k which I feel like little headheavy. It is lovely racket, one of my all time favorite. If you can compare it to 80x really quick, that would be amazing :)

The 80x is more of an all rounder, the 90k is more of a power racket.
The 80x is easier to use than the 90k

Good day everyone. I've recently tried a friend's 4u 90s and i loved it. Planning to buy one for myself but i just couldn't find one that is used near my place, the price for new is too high for me. Considered nf700 but i'm not sure as i've heard durability issues with that racket. May i have suggestions on rackets that would be similar to a 4u 90s? From victor or any other brands, thank you

Adidas Kalkul A5 is an option, also jetspeed 10 4u or a jetspeed 12 4u but it would be marginally more head heavy.
