You thought too highly of me. No, I have no contacts with Sunrise / information about this. Whether this influence people in verifying their rackets is not my concern anyway. Such like people keep on bidding "Yonex" rackets on eBay does not bother me anymore.

I have checked in the information of your Yonex AT-800 OF shaft Serial Code:5713289; cone Date Code: 050954AU (date=05 Sep 2005) to my information list of Yonex rackets made in Japan, its serial no. and date code are legitimate.
However you still need to inspect the other physical features of the racket carefully and compare the specifications to ascertain its total legitimacy or authenticity yourself.

    Hi leehsim,

    Please help me out.

    Racquet: Armortec 800 DE, 4U/G4
    Shaft code: 5693747
    Cone code: 290443SP
    Bought from: outdoorfans on eBay

Mine looks a bit different than the one my friend has, so I get suspicious. Thanks so much for your help!

Please read Post#645 page36 of this thread. I have stopped answering query about rackets purchased or intended to purchase from eBay.

I was NOT questioning the authenticity of the racket when I asked that;;; when people ask about a racket it is much better if everyone explained where they bought it from or are intending to buy it from, otherwise Leehsim (or whomever verifying it) will have such trouble verifying it... thats all.

Is the racket i just bought fake??

Hi, i've just discovered this wonderful site but i think it may have been about 10 minutes too late!
Could you tell me if the following racket is a fake:
Nano Speed 10000, serial number:5278857 number on cone:123459SP
It says 'NANO TECHNOLOGY..... MATRIX C60 and has the PBSI logo on the cone, underneath that is the small black sticker.
I bought it from a small shop near where i live in Mae Sot, Thailand. (maybe that says it all!)
I really would appreciate your help.
    Mnay thanks
    Greg:confused:

Hi Greg. I am afraid it is a fake, as "Yonex Nano Speed 10000" does not exist :(

I wouldn't profess to be an expert but after reading the guides as to the numbering the 123459SP could be give away that it is a fake.

    Just bought off EBay UK.....

I'm pretty sure I've been stung on EBay Uk: lozeon33. I bought a NS8000. When it arrived today it had already been re-gripped and no Yonex card to the head of the raquet despite being sold as 'new'.

    Serial No: 5122592 / 251253SP.

Can someone conform this for me please so I can let EBay know?
