    I must say most of the Indian youngsters are impressive ..... too bad they don't get much exposure.

    As I expect, Maria Kristin lost to Zhang Beiwen in 3 sets: 21-17, 12-21, 19-21. It will take some time for her to recover and regain her match fitness.

    There are already a Padukone and Goppichand-wannabe in MS, with Gurusaidutt's bronze medal at the WJC last year. He lost to Wang Zhengming in 3-sets in the SF.

    Hopefully, Andre Kurniawan Tedjono can bounce back after the surprising first-set whereby he lost it 11-21. It's now 11-4 to Andre at the interval of the second set.
