LOL :p Kinda feel bad for him. Is he flattered or annoyed by the attention? Hahaha..

Just found out yesterday about the existence of INA LYD fan club. They even have all these 'nonton bareng' sessions. Wow.. Talk about dedication. :p

Result fixing is deplorable whether CHN, INA, MAS, etc as I have said before. But really, if your rewards/paycheck/bonus as a coach/manager is dependent on the success of your players and you are given the ace card where you can fix the outcome, would you do it?
If it is up to me, I would do it to protect my golden rice bowl and who cares about the sport and the fans, especially ripping off those fans who pay to see the game live. The layoff from participation in SS mess up CHN's WR ranking but next year, all will be back in order. In 3 yrs time, unless the unexpected happens, CHN will be very difficult to beat when LCW, TH, PG, SDK retire and I can't see anyone coming from the rest of the world to challenge CHN.
Talk about ping pong, CHN won 17 of 20 medals at the recent WC...and to promote ping pong and to ensure ping pong will not be obsolete from OLY, CHN is opening to the idea of training other countries to be able to compete against her. Last month in 'CHN against the rest of the world' challenge, CHN won 4-1 and did not feature her top 2 WR players in the lineup. Her only loss is her 3rd single player who is a junior. What is ping pong future - dim and bleak, playing to empty stadiums everywhere outside of CHN except that the WC was held in Japan which helped to ensure a full house!;)

The PBSI president gave a very long speech, real boring stuff.

INA cheerleading squad set up shop beside me. Today I'm seated above and to the right of Gill Clark and the main cameras.

The mere mention of Lee Yong Dae's name caused mass hysteria to envelop the Istora. Needless to say, sound decibels overtook the sonic boom momentarily.

Kido's knee (left) is not 100% yet but together with Setiawan, they did well to get into the semi. Kido is only 1.6m tall (5 foot two) but he is a giant on any court

Chinese have difficulty measuring the drift.

Koreans eek out a bit momentum, pressure sustained on MJ
