totally agreed, george. it has no bearing on us and besides, we all know the result before the match. but tmrw is a diff ballgame. if we can get LCW to start the ball rolling in the correct direction, then we have a chance... but if not, its gonna be the same like today... steamroll...
on the other hand, if this edition is held in istora senayan, and its malaysia vs china UC SF instead of INA-CHN... i think its gonna be the same scenario...
its about the play of interest... logical thinking...
the latest side news i heard was all the ticks had been sold out..![]()
What's that? It is semi finals and no people in the stadiumWhat a shame, can't believe that this happens in a country called a badminton powerhouse
there are the best players on earth playing and none wanna watch it, what a big big messsame as we realized at SS finals last year, mymy - bring the games to better places with more respect for the players, would be much better for the sports

the indonesian fans have no manners.
Couldn't agree more. I notice that in events held in Europe, even when two Chinese players are guaranteed to be in the final, the seats are well filled. I guess we can separate those who truly love the game from those who attend an event simply because their home country is involved or because it's the men who are playing.
Again, couldn't agree more. Not surprising, really, when you consider the reputation Indonesians have in Malaysia.
Well, it works both ways, the same goes for Malaysian reputations in Indonesia![]()
Ooh, never heard that one before! What is the reputation of Malaysians in Indonesia?
Kindly google it yourself, I don't want to get banned nor star a political war here, just enjoy badminton, k![]()

Loh and the gang fight for racquets thrown out by LKW and HJE, to no avail.
I beg to differ, you could see the Thomas cup final 2 years ago in Jakarta full of spectators although it didn't involve INA players (it was KOR vs CHN), you could see it from the video either in youtube or other sources. I think it is because INA has more passion and hearts in badminton
