    It is the last encounter between these two Badminton's Kings in an Olympic.

    I do not blame the player. Pablo Abian is a skillful player who came from a country where everyone is supposed to use their legs not hands to play competitive sports.

    Sometimes when some of these countries especially Australia and South Africa underperforms, it's not the players problem; but the coaches.

    I know you can beat your old Nemesis Lin Dan...

    You still have it in you to beat him Sir Taufik !!!!

    I believe in you let's bury all doubts in your ability Sir !!!!

    You are THE BEST ranking does not matter.

    If Taufik beats Lin Dan, then he will win the Olympics. Unfortunately, the likelihood of defeating Lin Dan is nearly zero.

    Not true. This is Taufik we're talking about. Remember when he beat LCW in the WC and then lost to Chen Jin?
    He's too unpredictable.

    Obviously Bo/Mo does not want to face Cai-Fu in the QF.

    Against Lee Sheng Mu/Fang Chiech Min, they will win easily meet Bona/Ahsan or Lee Yongdae/Jung Jaesung

    That's true but in this case Madrid is one of the Badminton Europe certified training centre's for men's and women's singles. Of course that can still leave room for improvement in coaching on a tactical level for the actual matches.
    Some people have undervalued the coaches influence on development in one of the discussions elsewhere around here iirc but as you rightly claim and taking the 15 year old gold medal winning swimmer yesterday: if she had stayed in Lithuania instead of going to England and train there, would she have made such massive improvements? Many non-American swimmers train in the USA as well, same for athletics, tennis ...

    This 'Crap' business

    Since the popular usage of 'crap' being used ceaselessly and carelessly numerous times, I can't help it but contribute a little. :D

    Crap = S*** = manure = growth catalyst = new growth = new sports star :D

    Oops, sorry limsy your quote got entangled accidentally.
