They totally deserved it. I hope BWF will continue this kind of decisive actions in all their future tournament. This should be a big slap on Li Yongbo and his incorrect theories in believing it has nothing wrong to fixed matches in order to increase their chance of securing more places and medal in any tournaments. Match fixing is unarguably wrong and Li Yongbo definitely shouldn't have brought in their national interest in a sport event like this.
WS: Wang Yihan (1)(CHN) bt (KOR)(11) Bae Yeon-Ju: 15-21, 21-14, 21-14 what a fight from both players!!!
was really unfortunate...robert is one of my fav players...i too would prefer to see 4 diff nationalities in the semis....damn...its gonna be another boring olympics if asia takes all the titles...i'm only rooting for europe for the sake of the sport...but...don't forget we have juhl/pedersen in the WD...since most of the big pairs were disqualified...you never know
OT: TT - WS 3/4: Feng Tianwei is leading 3-0 against Kasumi ISHIKAWA in Bronze Medal match and leading in g4, this time she will break SIN jinx for bronze ==> yes, Feng Tianwei grabs the Bronze for SIN by 4-0
a precious win, both for medal purpose and for increasing her self-confidence! some hardships will make one even bolder & tougher!!

And the way JFN/CP are playing I have a relly good feeling they can win the MX gold And CP/KRJ have a good chance, as well, if they can beat ZY/TQ once more!! BTW what is going to happen with WD?? Are they replaced or do the others have byes now?
