I thought Yihan will move ahead and wins the title.. Unfortunately she lost to Shizuka Uchida..

Akane with the home crowd rooting for her and the underdog mentality with nothing to lose may still play above herself to upset TTY. So far TTY is doing fine, just make sure she doesn't give away too many easy points trying to play too many disguised shots.

How often does the umpire overrule on the far side of the court ?

In what ways../?? If so, she should have reached all the finals (tournaments) where she is participating.

The pressure gets onto Tai who becomes erratic with her disguised shots. TTY plays best when she is relaxed and a bit playful.

Terrible line call from the umpire on the game point for the Taiwanese girl. The replay showed that it was just out; that was a very good call from the linesman and the umpire thought he had a better vantage point from where he was sitting. Idiot!

For a 16 year old girl and with BWF ranking 145, if she plays something like this, then what to say... Nothing to say.. She is able to beat all the favourites for titles..

If TTY cannot play her normal deceptive game and the occasional sudden attacking shots, she is in trouble.
