The Shinkansen has arrived in style!

Is that a first in history? The scores seem almost impossible.

In table tennis, there's this unwritten rule that you don't win by 11-0 for any one set - at 10-0, you contrive to let your opponent take one point before trying to win your final point.

The Shinkansen has arrived in style!

That's a bit of "merciless" here, perhaps lack of sportsmanship? Perhaps Nozomi could just serve into the net, at least, once, no? ;)

JPN & TPE WS dominate quarterfinal with three slots each, Pai HM v Okuhara possibly the winner of this tie will be out as champion.

Day-3 programme : Round of 16 and Quarterfinals.
Both Lee Hyun-il and Sourabh Varma run ended at R/16, the Korean retired against third seed Tan Chun Seang and Varma surprised by TPE Shih Kuei Chun.
