One of the biggest celebration blooper by Chou since XuChen did it vs AhmadNatsir by smashing an empty air in 2013 WC F @ Guangzhou

In 90% of the time ctc would have won. Not complaining as I won my bet. My luck finally coming.

I dun understand how badminton mentality work. When players are down they seem to play better. But when they are up, they seem to not play better. It's pretty funny how things work

Well Ardianto has been at the end of some sticks, even me too would criticize him..

but i dont see any one playing behind is better than him. Ou Xuanyi is just bad defensively, Chia with his arm injury (which i dont believe will truly recover), Ahsan + Gideon is ageing plus injury. Rankireddy will miss from time to time - dont know what happen to him as well since covid. Didnt watch HokiKoba before they already get knocked out in R1 in 2 weeks. Its kinda outrageous despite them not really is WR1 but their seeds for the tour still show they are.

You can say the young CHN pair is their main competitor.

Careful, many are gill fans over here.

She just say things ppl knows or things that can be checked very easily and ppl think she is a goddess. And the way she comments, no insight at all just saying things that ppl can see. You wonder if she really is a former badminton player. Even as a novice, I can probably understand the psychology and actually start making predictions. Something that she is not really capable of. But of course making predictions like saying who is going to win is going to upset many ppl.

But most ppl cannot think anyway. Not saying you

I think even chou himself probably cannot believe it. Normally it's the other way round. Chou coming from behind to win

Going to win my bet on Liang and Wang. Easy bet. If only I have won my bets on the German pair, I would have "showed hand" on the china pair. I just dunno how the German pair can just messed up totally in the 2nd set and even in 1st set a sure point that German should have won was lost because of broken string. My luck sure is not that great to be honest.

Kevin and Gideon is not serious about the game anymore. Any top non Indonesian pair is going to give them trouble. I thought they would build upon their win against the Indonesian youngsters by comprehensive victory against Ren and tan but they did not take that game seriously

Kevin smashing his racket at the end says it all.
Minions need to regroup or split up

We don't even know whether minions can qualify to paris lol, and their record in big event are actually pretty bad, on the other hand fajar/rian seems to be more promising in big event, in the last 2 WC they only lost to ahsan/hendra in SF. they're easily indonesia best bet to get the gold in WC this year and OG next year.

    I think very slim chance.
below has better chance I feel :
    Chen/Jia and Zheng/Zhang
Korea will rely on 2 young pairs
    Japan’s Matsuyama/Shida
    And Indonesia Apri/Fadia

QF for Minions , not bad la.

That said, the problem is Gideon isnt that fast anymore so is Kevin, but when i see the overall play, Gideon is more motivated than Kevin man.

I doubt Kevin will find another partner. He might call it quits after Paris qualification regardless of they making it to Paris or not. So maybe end 2024.
