Hey I read your intro thread, how could you possibly not feel accepted? Actually we just seem to have gotten a large influx of youngish (definately sub thirty) girls joining the forum who seem to spend most of their badminton related time drooling over the players (not that there's anything wrong with that) rather than actually playing the game. Admittedly we have gotten a couple that seem to enjoy playing the game too.

My prediction? The ones that drool over the players, unless they get into the playing aspects of the game, will quickly leave us as they get boyfriends/husbands/busy jobs etc, whilst the ones that play may go on to become long term fanatics of this site.

My into thread view count was getting embarrassing, I'm so glad it stopped! I was so paranoid that Kwun might ban me from BF forum due to wasting server space!! :p

nah! if all Introduction thread can be so nice and results in many people making friend online and on-court, that will be great! afterall, that's the idea behind the introduction forum! :)

Oo that's nasty Kwun, even I'm going to stick up for Hong Hong on this one, how many of us have gone to the effort of going to watch the TC/UC in a foreign country, and reported on it too.

PS if my memory serves me correctly, when Matt Ross first joined he probably had the highest post per day count ever. He surpassed my measley 300 posts (at the time) in a few weeks ;)

i'm do play badminton... but i'm not good at it... just leisure playing without knowing much rules... just a to n fro thing u noe??? hahaha :p
n i don play often... use to play more often in sch days....

hahaha.... yah i'm so crazy about them, tat's y i travel to watch TC LIVE... :D
it's not too far from spore n it's affordable....
i don have much chance to c them in spore alone... so i guess i've to travel in order to c them...
it's a match not to be missed.... so interesting n exciting... :D
really have lots of fun n memories in jakarta :p

i really think n feels tat some pple r against my postings
there r examples everywhere... don think i need to copy n paste them here right?

as i've already self-exclaimed in the very 1st post of this thread... i'm more interested in the players n i donno much abt the game techincally...etc
but some pple just seems so unhappy or they got problems with me n/or silvia talking abt cute chinese players.......

is badminton really abt techniques, equipment, skills..........etc only?
wat's so wrong if me or some other gals talking abt this player is cute, tat player is handsome....... cant we even express ourselves?

n i don c y other pple's name r not being mention when they say this player cute tat player cute.... y m i the ONLY ONE? is this some biasness or fault-finding???
