Anyone learning Cantonese as a second language?

    watch HKG cantonese drama more often and u will be able to improve your cantonese.:)

    These are well-kown facts.

    But this does not explain why the young generation having "lazy accent".

    ye, cantonese people always say tang people too.
    which is why the chinatowns around teh world are called "tang ren jie" .

    always confuse me why mando people only refer as "zhonguoren" or "hanren"

    Add Kuala Lumpur to the list. The most spoken dialect among the Chinese race in KL and central Malaysian is Cantonese.

    That's right. Malaysian and Singaporean often mix English and Cantonese or even Mandarin in their conversation. We are use to it. Many Hong Kong people that come here find it very strange and unacceptable. For us Malaysian it is very normal.
