Asking about airport limitation for badminton string

    Hi, im planing to bring badminton string from indonesia to philippines. Is there any quantity limitation to bring badminton string in baggage? Im planing to bring 280pcs.
    Im thinking to prepare an alibi, its a gifts for my badminton club players.
    Is anyone from here have experience about this? Thanks

    I'm pretty sure you'd have to technically declare it. And the excuse as a gift for someone else wouldn't work either. If you're caught, they'd seize it.

    Thats what i expect also.
    If ever i need to declare it. Are they have their own source for the price? Or they will believe the price i provide to them? Let say i print out the receipt.

    5-10pcs might be more reasonable for gift or self use but 200++ pcs are somewhat to much to be ignored. Do you want to strangle someone with those many:eek:

    I think you are better off taping and strapping the packets to your body and limbs if you don’t want to pay extra on them. :)

    How will you convince a judge that 200+ Sets of strings are just “presents”?

    Personal use? maybe you can tell them it’s for twenty years supply….
