Badminton is great!

    Indeed we've got quite a widespread community! Moscow (Russian Federation) is here.
    Damned weather - we've got temperature changes from +5 C (yestarday) to -25 C (gonna be tonight). And it is not the first time for the last 2 weeks. :(
    Nevertheless this weekend is a badminton weekend for me and my friends! :)

    yah, that was just a short cold spell. Usually this time averages -17 C low and -9 high. Specifically for calgary, we get the occasional chinook which could ram up temperature a lot, quick too. One extreme i had experience was in four hours span, the temperature went from -15 C to +8 to 10 C, actually it peaked at +12 C according to the weather man. . That's 49 F degree difference.

    hehe, i guess i'm the first post from the USA. I'm in Chino Hills, California. And the coldest it got here is 0 C. Most of the time, it's pretty warm, cept in winter, where it's usually 40 F (sorry, we're still in the farenheight system........we really need to convert...... =P

    celsius is one of the few measurement unit that make sense :)
