found out i pulled my shoulder really bad when i went to doctors and they told me to stop playing for a month, it dosent hurt anymore but not playin jus yet cuz its not fully healed
Sorry to hijack this thread, but I am moving to Wolverhampton very soon and would really like to find some people to start playing badminton with again... I haven't played for years but really enjoy it... I'm probably not so good anymore so wouldn't wanna be up against world beaters, but if anyone is interested or can help me, I'd appreciate it!
