I heard badmintonshoponline was legit but slow and has a few shady business practices, so I ordered some strings from them. It's been 2 weeks since I ordered and paid for some strings, and my order still says "processing" and he hasn't responded to any emails I sent him about my order. Anyone have any idea what's happening? Should I be trying to paypal refund at this point or something? I don't see any other way to request a refund or cancel an order.
